this laptop had a problem code bios I tried to flash the bios and I saved old bios the new bios did not succeed so I handed old bios I had a display problem I changed the two eprom same problem i change the cpu and rams same problem

upload the original backup Bios here to check.

the client took the hard drive the fan runs normal but after some second stops but when i put another flash bios the fan runs with a more temp no blinking

There are a number of technicians in this forum who solve Bios problems better. They will help you.
have you verified the Bios chip's content after the programming? Maybe, you need to use a new Bios dump that other technicians upload here for you.

Try this bios,its straight from toshiba.You can rule out a bios problem if it doesn`t work.
