Try this bios,its straight from toshiba.You can rule out a bios problem if it doesn`t work.

Hello please I have a problem. When I download a 8193kb bios file and the bios chip can only take 8192kb, how do I remove 1kb from the 8193kb file?

Check whether you are having VS voltages ok and RUN voltage as well. What about VR_On signal??

There are a number of technicians in this forum who solve Bios problems better. They will help you.
have you verified the Bios chip's content after the programming? Maybe, you need to use a new Bios dump that other technicians upload here for you.
