Packard Bell TM85 NEW70 La-5891P shuts down every 5 mins

Dear friends, I have really weird problem with Packard Bell TM86 (Acer Aspire 5742G etc.) MB.
It shuts down after 5:06 +- minutes, doesnt matter if booted to win or in BIOS, doesnt matter if cold or warm, still shuts after 5 minutes. Temperatures in normall all, all powers seems to be correct as well.
Even if started with just CPU a RAM with no other peripherals.
BIOS flashed to the last one, KBC and PCH changed.

Can somebody guide me what to check?

agree with piernov, it can be ME problem, and want to know for what cause do change pch? i think this work is the last thing you need to do it not the first.
try with bios and ec :

Thank you guys. I've tried some different BIOSes already but with no success. After aplying BIOS from polytek I can see new message like "ME FW update failed, please try again", is it normal? But the problem still persist anyway.

PCH was changed in previous service I guess and KBC I did for signs of soldering and short between pins 14 and 15.

I cant imagine the reason why just five minutes to shut down.

Try running this command with Flash Programming Tool fpt -greset

I think this bios has the wrong ME firmware . It has ibex peak ver 6 , i think the chipset is HM55 ,a series 5 chipset . Correct me if i`m wrong .

Try this bios (with 6.0.31.1208 ME firmware -see my previous post i was wrong) and kbc fw.

Try to check Vcore volatge... If Vcore is below than 1.05V, your cpu got not enough power for operate..

So here is feedback.

Thank you all guys for your tips, it was really problem with me region, after aplying BIOS from SMDFlea problem disappeared.
I'm wondering why so many other BIOSes doesnt work.

I have the same problem CPU_CORE 1.03- 1.04 CPU_CORE I changed the mosfets connected to it I changed the capacitors I wrote bios After writing bios machine worked for 3 days was again the same problem ?
