lenovo t440 bios needed

my lenovo has bios lock. i wanted to patch. but the backup of the old one gave me 0mb instead of 8mb. i have attached the model . so i want someone to help me convert the original exe to bin.

What model is your programmer, are you desoldering or using a clip ? .

It seems the patching just doens't work with T440
I been trying to remove the SU password, tried both patching methods and also some available prepatched bins on the forum, password stays..
MB Main is vivlo nm-a102 2013-08-06 Model T440 Any ideas?
Or maybe should I find me a clean EC dump and reprogram the MEC

Updates: I did the MEC1633 wires connection, moved down the resistor
got the reading, then erased the chip, removed all power sources including cmos
waited for like 20 mins then I did write the dump again into the chip
Password is still there LMAO
