This only is a BIN.file wen i put it on usb drive after freedos fomat with RUFUS it actually will do nothing, i think i need a BAT.FILE to or other flash execute file.

Since this is a attempt to get the screen back on after flashing i cannot do a thing only select FN+ESCAPE at startup but the usb drive shows no activity, any ideas?.

Yes this is bin file and you need a programmer device.
