I’m hoping someone can help me locate a verified original BIOS dump for my Acer laptop.
This is NOT a BIOS password removal request.
I’m looking for an original 32MB SPI BIOS dump to use as a reference in case my BIOS firmware is corrupted. My plan is to first dump and back up my own BIOS as soon as my programmer arrives. I am not planning to blindly flash someone else’s BIOS.
Laptop Information- Model: Acer Predator Triton 16 PT16-51-99GL
- Motherboard: DA0ZQDMB8AE Rev. E
- Main SPI flash: Winbond W25Q256JVEN (32MB)

Hello everyone,
I need the original BIOS files for a laptop motherboard with the following details:
Board Model: FDZ41 LA-J371P Rev: 1.0 (A00)
Date: 2020-03-10
The board has two BIOS chips:
Main BIOS: 32MB
Secondary BIOS (located near the USB Type-C port): 1MB
The original TPS65987 USB Type-C PD Controller was faulty and has been replaced with a new one. After replacing the TPS65987, I need clean/original firmware files for both BIOS chips to complete the repair.

Hello Could someone who knows about BIOS take a look at the attached dump. Laptop AUSU ROG GL552VW with nVidia N16P 4GB and i5 CPU.
I used to change GPU in the laptop, and it worked without problems for a few years. My 9-year-old daughter uses the equipment, yesterday it worked, today she says it won't start. I checked and it hangs on the ASUS logo, you can't enter BIOS (it worked once).
Disconnecting all peripherals, including the keyboard, resetting BIOS with jumpers under RAM, changing RAM does nothing, it still hangs on LOGO.

I've got an old Asus K75V (K75VJ) laptop, that I updated to Windows11.
The upgrade itself was succesfull, but had trouble installing new security updates.
