Hello together,

I have forgotten the supervisor-password of my Lenovo ThinkPad T540p. I read a lot here in this forum and tried hard to clear the password on my own, but after disassembling my T540p, BIOS-modding and flashing, assembling again three times with no luck I hope someone of you can help me.

Because of my T540p has two chips (MX25L6473E and MX25L3273E) I attached two dumps. Both dumps are made before my unlucky attempts to modify the BIOS on my own.

Please, can anyone of you help me and do the hard job to modify the attached dumps?

i follow the thread and was able to unlock my lenovo thinkpad yoga 11e 3rd gen. So here the files. Maybe could be useful to someone.
11e3rd_bios1.01passwordremoval.bin is for removing bios supervisor password
11e3rd_bios1.22 made from fl1 lenovo bios is for flashing after removing the password (or you can use your own dump)

Check if none of your key is stuck, making it to enter bios setup. Coz minor issues like this could make you nut.
