                              Hi
Ok let make sure bios is working when it starts see if cap lock on keyboard lights if you press it or even a mouse if plug in see if it light up do you have rsmrst 3.3v & s5 3.3v at EC ? Anything on external monitor if you unplug internal display cable. this board have a pch or A stand alone GPU ? If caps light or mouse and you have the right voltage at the EC then we know bios is working and you need next apply heat 100c to either PCH or GPU see if display come on if yes you know what you need to do .

Yup apply 100C heat see if video comes on. Again if all power good and single is there your problem is either CPU or PCH just make sure it's just not the back light out so hold a flash light to see if you see any logo or data showing .
