ous154, have you entered the bios and chosen the option to 'Reset Defaults', its usually listed under the 'Exit' memory menu, might work, let me know the outcome

Bios working confirmed.
Motherboard symptoms. Switch on for few seconds then off (light up on 2 to 4 sec)
Power 0.2A on when on. 3 and 5V present. After flash only BIOS, worked fine.
