no no please reflash your first bios and then use this code to unlock bios:

i tried that bios with that affter few second laptop off and display also didn't come

sorry, so my trick cannot be using for dell bios...
before you got clean bios dump from this type,
i attached extracted bios update from dell site.. hope maybe someone can analyze and reconstructed new file from your lock and this update bios.. better using uefitools to analize...
