I have same problem. I have also eeprom MiniPro TL866CS. It not detecting 25lq64csig. Is it TL866 problem or IC problem. Thanks

use 1.8v adaptor for this eeprom. as this eeprom is low volt. and tl866c support 3.3v. so u need to have this adaptor / convertor.
