Old Dell inspiron 700m dump or bios file

i have this laptop with password locked,,, many ways to unlock it without removing bios chip

i removed the chip get EEPROM programmer now want to have bios file

i though it would be easy to extract bios file from bios update application
I've tired many ways but it's impossible to extract bios from update file
i mean this damn model
just need the bios file or a complete bios chip dump able to be re flashed

Did you try to get a password with the service tag first.And as far as i know dell uses a nvm chip to store the password so flashing the bios wont help.Your best bet would be contacting dell for help.

you are right about security chip
i've seen years ago a way to dump data of Nvm chip and use hex editer to find password data right in the dump
i'm gonna walk through this way

can't believe this PC is impossible to unblock even through dell

i had this Laptop from used market in japan i can't prove my ownership to this laptop plus technicians told another customer is too old to be fixed they only offered replacing board and i can't do that !!

i gonna continue searching this laptop is so precious to me
if any one could help would be appreciated
