The serial number in the bios you posted is 5CD7040SJR , model number 13-4129tu .

Options:

Clean the ME firmware then use HP BCU to change serial, feature byte etc.

Use a virgin bios ,change the DMI in the backup with a hex editor, copy it to the virgin bios.

Use a virgin bios, use HP BCU to enter DMI info.

Option D: Transfer the DMI as is to a clean BIOS, edit serial with BCU as the clean BIOS has Manufacturing Programming Mode unlocked, then lock MPM (feature byte, SKU is the same)
