Both backups have extra bytes at the end, that's why RCUnlocker doesn't work, trim the file with hex editor to the correct size, should end at 0xFFFFFF for 16MB

Try, I used RCUnlocker on the "fixed" 16MB file

could someone help please, the RCUnlocker shows always that i should use a 16mb chip but i am using 16mb file, i really am stuck
