ASUS ZenBook UM5401Q turns on intermittently

Dear Friend., I am working on an ASUS ZenBook UM5401Q (OLED) . The problem is very intermittent. When it's on, it remains on for whatever time constrain we want to. But when I shut it down, it does not turn on at all. I leave it aside with the LCD lid closed, after about 10 ~ 20 mins I hear the Windows chime & it boots up with the lid closed. When I open the lid, I see that the laptop is already in the login screen. May the BIOS has some problem. Can some redo/Clean/re-write the BIOS again, this might fix the laptop problem. Thanks in advance

Try, ver 301 extracted from ASUS website with your DMI inserted
UM5401QAB
DMI 21000h-2EFFFh
BIOS Ver. 301

Afterwards try updating to latest BIOS 307 with EZ Flash

But i think your issue is hardware related, perhaps a faulty lid sensor/power button/keyboard (if power button is in the keyboard), EC (liquid damage in some pins), ...

@m1ch43lzm., thanks dear for the updated bin file. I programmed it & till now it's working fine. Also taking into consideration that under the sticky flaps on both sides, there was a lot of dirt present. Maybe some conductive stuff might have touched the caps. Till now it did not turn on by itself even when the lid is closed. I think you forgot to put in the windows keys, this is why it goes to the bit locker screen, but no worries, I will get the 48-numberic keys from MS acc. Thanks for the help once again.
