I edited the post, the serial number is posted now. As for the contents of the BIOS chip, I cannot read it as I don't have a an SPI programmer tool, I am planning to have a local repair shop flash the bios for me.

if the laptop is working and you just want to update it, you can find the update on the HP website...
Due to a lack of donations, server free space at a critical level, and possible closure of Bios Requests all donations are welcome, click:

Every donation made will go towards server fees and maintenance costs.

HP removed drivers/BIOS from their website for your model, the BIOS update may be available on third party websites, search for "HP Pavilion 10-n100 x2 Detachable PC drivers"

Is the laptop working? If yes, leave it as is, if not, ask the repair shop to backup the current BIOS, even if corrupted, that will help locate the proper BIOS

The laptop cannot boot into anything, It can boot into the BIOS right after a CMOS reset (by power drain, or unplugging main battery), but after that It just power cycles forever. This laptop is weird enough as it is because it has a 64-bit processor but still uses a 32-bit UEFI, this power cycle thing happened after I wiped the whole eMMC storage to install Linux.

I was hoping that maybe reflashing the BIOS would reset the NVRAM and allow me to boot into bootable USB devices again.
