not booting when cmos battery is connected
couldnt find anyway to repair to dump file , not even find an working dump file, the file's format in the official webside is wierd

It was there. Anyway, here`s your bios + DMI and the EC. If you havn`t got an EC programmer you can update it by booting to an EFI shell.

thank you, the file is working but it has a problem , it does not have settings for storage types , it detected the ssd as non-raid only , no option to change the settings , very limited settings in this third part bios, windows boots to blue screen , is there anyway to fix this or i need differnt dump file?

There`s a RAID driver at medion support. Install all the drivers, chipset, IO , raid and new bios https://www.medion.com/gb/service/pr...etail/30033973

how to install raid drivers without reinstalling new windows as the custommer need her data? windows is not booting

Could I also ask for help? My Medion Erazer Crawler E30 doesn't recognize the operating system. I can enter the BIOS, but then it won't boot from any media; it just gets stuck on the logo. Unfortunately, the sticker is illegible; I only have the BIOS data and the data on the motherboard.
