Dynabook Satellite Pro C50D-B-100 - BIOS Issue, Black Screen

    Hello everyone,

I am experiencing a BIOS-related issue with my Dynabook Satellite Pro C50D-B-100. When I power on the laptop, the screen stays black, and there is no response from the system. I suspect a corrupted BIOS.

I have checked the forum and the available documentation but could not find a solution specific to my issue.
    • Brand & Model: Dynabook Satellite Pro C50D-B-100
    • Part Number (P/N): PYU13E-00C00PFR
    • Serial Number (S/N): 22028896H
    • System Configuration (SC): A1PYU13E1127
    • Motherboard Model: IP3_ACN16_MB_V21_20211222A
    • Power Input: DC 19V – 2.37A
    • Specifications:
      • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600U
      • RAM: 8GB
      • Storage: 256GB SSD
      • OS: Windows 11
    Issue Description:
    • The laptop does not boot, and the screen remains black.
    • No signs of life from the system.
    • I suspect a BIOS corruption issue.

I would really appreciate any help, whether it's a BIOS dump or troubleshooting advice.
If you need additional details, please let me know.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Thank you very much for your answer but this one does not work, I am attaching the photos. I've never seen this kind of message before.

With this BIOS the computer turns on immediately but I'm stuck on the bios I can't do anything, as shown in the photos attached just before. So there is clearly an improvement because it did not turn on at all but despite that I cannot use the PC

reinstall windows, bitlocker is ssd encryption, formatting ssd will get rid of it. I don't understand "I can't do anything" since I see you can navigate between tabs.

No it doesn't work, I have access to nothing in the BIOS I can't go to the Boot menu for example.

I only have access to the "Main" and "Recovery" tab which tells me: Rom image is not loaded

                  Rom image update denied

I can't boot from a USB stick for example, that's what I mean so in my opinion the BIOS is incomplete or corrupted

file is extracted from bios update, so look for hardware problem. If "BIOS is incomplete or corrupted" be sure your laptop stays with black screen ...

                      I just found the problem!
When I flashed the image with my CH341 it didn't work, I just did it with a T48 and this time it works correctly I have access to the whole menu.
                      Thanks for your help
