Thank You for the help, it worked, but something went wrong.
I cleared admin pass, loaded BIOS defaults, and was presented with a password screen on reboot.
On this screen, the password doesn't work anymore, I don't know what went wrong.

Hi,
It seems I can't program this IC, is it possible that it's write protected?
The programmer seems to do its job, then the verify fails, with 161 bytes of difference, the IC contents are the same as the dump I posted.
I'm using an "old" MiniPro programmer (TL866), it never let me down so far.
