Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IIL05 81WE New Blank Chip - help needed

Hello everyone, I have never flashed a bios before and currently find myself needing to flash a new Winbond W25Q128JVSQ chip without the original bios file.. I have a CH341A programmer and have been able to connect the chip to neo-programmer, but that's about as far as my knowledge takes me so far. When i read the chip the data appeared to be all FF for every entry.
I do not know the history of the motherboard, only that the old chip was removed because it was dead apparently. When the on button is pressed, the laptop on battery alone just shows a solid white light on the side and same on the power button, but nothing else happens. If charger is plugged in an orange solid light comes on with the other 2 white lights, but all the lights go off every 20 seconds or so then come back on again. No fan spin or any signs of life.
The serial number of the laptop is PF2GMCFA and the motherboard says G5454/G5554/GV450/GV550 REV:1.0 NMD031 2019-12-06.
I have read similar threads, but haven't been able to find anything i can confidently try due to not having the original bios dump. Any help would be much appreciated thank you in advance.
Just to add, when i searched for the IC it came up with W25Q218JV without the SQ that is printed on the new bios. I don't know how much of a difference this makes?

Thank you for taking the time to do this. I have tried to install that bios and there were no errors whilst doing so. The laptop is still blinking two white leds on the power button itself and on the side of the laptop. The leds blink for approximately ten seconds, then stop stop for a few seconds and the process repeats. Charger plugged in gives a solid orange light. Assuming i didn't make a mistake with the bios, can i assume there is a bigger problem than just the bios?

Check for hardware problems, bios won't help.

I can’t publish the EC BIN at the moment; I’m waiting for the adapter to arrive so I can reprogram it.

Try EC cut to 128KB from your BIOS backup
By the way, someone already flashed a clean BIOS, doesn't have DMI data (serial/MTM/model) and the ME region says "Configured", laptop didn't even power on...

ASRock B650M PRO RS - BIOS CHIP 25Q256JW BLOCKED BY STATUS REGISTERS
                    by DynaxSC
                    Hi

I have a very strange issue with the BIOS SPI chip of an ASRock B650M PRO RS motherboard.
The SPI chip is an Winbond 25Q256JWEQ model (1V8).
The motherbaord doas not POST - it lits only CPU and DRAM EZ Debug Leds, and stays that way forever.
The Flashback function of the motherbaord is also not working, despite all instructions followed correctly - I'm 100% sure of this.

I have then desoldered the chip, backupped the contents, and tried to earease the chip in order to program stock image, but the chip is locked by status registers SREG2 (TB) and SREG6...
