I've tried my best with this service tag but it's too bad to make out one of the letters/digits, searching from the Dell motherboard part number it appears it may be a Dell Inspiron 7415, can you still help with a BIOS image please? Thanks

your service tag is 13NKP93 and laptop is Inspiron 7415 2-in-1. Modify your request with right model and serial.
