Does anyone have a dump of the PD controller flash memory U15 from a working board of this kind?

Any success? I got a T14s and it seems the wrong content is inside U15. Seems someone programmed the EC firmware to it.

I flashed the content from a L480. Charging function is back and it goes from 5V to 20V. Still not fully functional. So still looking for 25Q80 content from a NM-C791 motherboard

Attached the L480 PD controller dump. Charging is working fine. USB-C connection is working also ok, but no display output to dock.
