You can try flashing the BIOS from post 31 on a new chip (try on a W25R128JW, I dont know of a compatible replacement from MXIC or Gigadevice), keep the original XM25RU128C intact
it's a clean BIOS, it will be missing model/serial number/MTM, you can use Golden key to fill that data

It's strange that you cannot read it, but it works on the laptop

Which programer(s) do you have? I checked the TNM7000 (from your screenshot is this one?) and it supports XM25QU128C, give that a try
It should be possible to read it even with a CH341A and 1.8V adapter

Does it have a NOVO button ,did you try that.

Renamed to KSCN.bin, powered on pressing fn+r, then released everything. After a few seconds it started beeping (without any flashing LED), then 1 coffee later the laptop was working again
