After much kerfuffling, I figured out the issue, here is the file with the correct number of bytes

Please attach a backup of your current BIOS, you need a hardware programmer, password can be decoded or removed from there

I tested with several different programmers that I had access to, but unfortunately none of them were able to read the BIOS chip’s data.
It’s worth mentioning that the programmers don’t have any issues with other chips, and all of them were up to date. The chip itself is fine as well — when I put it back on the device, it worked without any problems.

Try manually selecting W25Q128JW, and uncheck "ID check" or similar option in your programmer software
Make sure your programmer supports 1.8V chips
If you can't read the chip contents, properly don't expect you'll be able to write to it

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I can’t get any information from the BIOS chip. I even got a 1.8V adapter and tested it with two different programmers, but still no luck.

The file had an issue and was corrupted. I tested it with all 128Mb models with 1.8V, but it didn’t work.
