Hi all
i have problem with this laptop motherboard is cure discrete. All voltage on coil seems to be ok. processor,chipset and gpu get hot. But no display on internal and external screen. I have tried to flash eeprom with bin. I have found only one bin of 8MB. No result after flash. Can someone help me to solve this problem by share a good dump from a working laptop. I precise that the dump is 8MB. Someone can share mb schematics. ThanksComment

Hi,
I've hp probook 6550b won't turn on and charging light flashing blue orange continuously.
I've checked the adaptor OK.
The problem began with the BIOS, it has a password and when I removed it for reprogramming and returned it back.
PLS., Help if you can.

I'm requesting a bios .bin for 2 of my hp Probook 450 G3's. Both of which I had forgotten the bios passwords. I stupidly flashed both of them with firmware "made" by the RCUnlocker software and I guess I shouldn't have. The last thing I did was flash both of them with RCUnlocker-fw thinking it would 100% work and left my programmer etc behind and won't have access to them for another 2 days so I figured I'd create a thread to see if I'd be so lucky that someone might have a working file laying around 😝

Hi, my laptop wont boot at all
With original bios no POST, only LED lights
With alternative BIOS from model TP500LN (flashed via programmer) the notebook works again
Some issues
A- with bios from 500LN, it won't update from bios of model 500LA (from 500LN v203 to 500LA v300)
B- If updated from 500LN version 203 to 300, the battery stops being recognized
Things I tried

Hello, I have an old Dell G3 3579 (ST: 2WQ7LP2-8FC8) with a newer 8FC8 BIOS password. I have successfully attached to the flash chip (W25Q128JVSQ) on the motherboard with a CH341A programmer and made several modifications using Intel FIT (e.g., allow software SPI write) without bricking. I was also able to boot to a modified GRUB shell where I attempted to edit many BIOS security related options like BIOS Guard/Lock, Flash Signature Override, ME FW Image Re-Flash, etc.
Unfortunately, some of these modifications like to Intel BIOS Guard failed because it is fused into the PCH. Also,...
