Then try this if that doesn't work:
- Remove battery, Remove SSD, install battery (don't install SSD), enter BIOS setup, Load setup defaults, Load default Secure boot keys (in Security tab), disable secure boot, set correct time/date, save and exit
- Try to boot Windows installer from USB, don't plug SSD yet
If Windows installer boots, power off, remove battery, install SSD, install battery, power on, enter BIOS setup, disable Secure Boot, set time/date, save and exit, then try to boot Windows
