Hello! looking for bios for dell inspiron 15 3520 mb hdl50 la-946p rev 1.0

I reflashed the BIOS chip using your bin file. The Caps Lock key still lights up, then turns itself off, then comes on again. This time, the fan kicks in immediately but still no post. The fan was not kicking in before. I can flash different colors on the screen by holding "D" key while turning the computer on.

So, the issue is definitely corrupted BIOS. This one is just not working.

post S/T, full name and model, motherboard model, ,etc.

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

So, I finally got my hands on the twin of this Inspiron 3520 I was having BIOS issue with and extracted the BIOS file. I had the file applied to this laptop and it started right up. In case anyone will find this BIOS useful, here it is:
