it will. by pressing esc+ refresh + power btn, but after Ctrl+D says , developer mode disabled !

ok you should do powerwash after backing up and try again ..if it still wont go into developer mode make a memory stick at least 8gb with recovery files . you need the extension in chrome based browser . chromebook recovery . after that it will be a like a new chromebook . i have just done this for someone .

after writing new bios reinstall from USB stick made with Chromebook Recovery Utility for your chromebook model

try. reset or reinstall if reset doesn't do the trick. to enable developer mode you have to remove battery.

Я прошив новий BIOS, спробував перейти в режим розробника, але система знову видає повідомлення: "режим розробника вимкнено на цьому пристрої системною політикою".

Я зробив це з відключеним акумулятором.
I flashed the new BIOS, tried to switch to retailer mode, but the system again displays the message: “Retailer mode is enabled on your device by system policy.”

After flashing the BIOS, reinstalled the OS from a USB flash drive and enabled developer mode.
Got access to the VT-2 console and installed the UEFI firmware.
