I have spent the last hour on this and I guess this is just over my head, so here I am.
I have an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI motherboard here that needs to have the BIOS updated in order to accept the latest CPUs.
The BIOS chips seem to come as a set of two: GD25B64ESIG and GD25B128ESIG. My guess is one of them is a fail-safe for the main BIOS? I really don't know. Or one of them is ME and other is BIOS? I don't know.
Anyway, I took dumps of both chips and then downloaded the latest update for this motherboard from ASUS's website... -

i tested any bios in this topic but don,t working , I think the files placed in this thread are for the uma motherboard

Hello, I need a bios dump for Asus Vivobook M7400QE in version 311, the latest one. I can't find it anywhere. Older versions don't work unfortunately. If no one has it, is it possible to somehow modify the bios file from Asus's website or this exe for Windows or this M7400QE.311 to bin, rom, hex so that the programmer detects the bios dump normally. -

i have laptop which during BIOS Update from Windows Update in some way broke dump -not working sound, Intel OED code 10 ("fw did not send fw ready notification").
I need clean dump with inserted SN and other DMI data from my BIOS and sticker. Not sure if Win key is in BIOS.
Is there way to build BIOS from update file? I tried extract it in many ways and find paterns from original dump but i think its not so easy like some time ago.. xD
