Thinkpad P15s Gen 2 Error 2203 System configuration is invalid

I have an Lenovo ThinkPad P15s gen2 that keeps giving me this error 2203
I have used the Lenovo Gold Key U1 Tool erased the eeprom and enter all the configs again but I still receive this error
I believe it to be an BIOS problem

I will Attach bios dump and some screen shots

I have tried that solution in post #1
I change Brand Name I get error 2202: Product Name is invalid and error 2203: System configuration is invalid
The only error I get now is 2203: System configuration is invalid
There no info on error 2203
