i extracted the bin but when i flashed with it still no dislay , i tried an other bin from HP omen 15-dc0003ur its works but with 30 sec delay and also can t loading the windows

i tried it :no display with this bin, i reflash with other bin from HP omen 15-dc0003ur but delay 30 sec and i can boot windows or fomat (i extracted it from eprom )
