    Samsung NP950XED-KF1US bios

Happy New Year to You all. I have a Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 15.6 (Non-360) that I believe has a bios issue. I have taken a dump of the current "corrupted" bios...

Product Name: Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 15"
    Model #: NP950XED-KF1US

Any assistance on helping me fix/repair this bios, especially with an updated bios program, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance...

Apologies for late late reply... Not too sure what happened but I think I might have shorted the bios chip 'cause it ain't reading no more in the Bios Programmer. Prior to that, if only I'm correct, I think it didn't really work... I'm not too sure. I guess I'll have to order a new chip, reprogram and find out. I am indeed very grateful for all the support and assistance

Trust all is well. Once again I greatly appreciate all the assistance given. I got a few updates that I want to share...

I ordered replacement bios chips for my Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15, from China, and I flashed your given bins to test out but it returned the same state in which the PC was before flashing, which is:

                a. It Powers On, the 2 Fans Spin (kinda normally, not too fast or loud), CPU and heat sink heat up moderately, keyboard lights up for a few seconds and goes off.

                b. LED indicator on the side of the laptop flashes blue constantly (never a solid/stable blue).

                c. There is no POST nor display on the screen, and neither on an externally connected screen through HDMI cable.

This was the state of the PC that pointed me towards a corrupted bios, but after trying out flashing with a number of suggested bios BINs, PC is still returning the above-mentioned state (problem).

Is it possible issue is not BIOS related?

Was wondering, is there a schematic for this galaxy book 2 pro 15?

Hi guys, trust we're all well and blessed. I'm back...

Sad to say my issue with the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 15 NP950XED-KF1US bios/firmware no post not turning on is still persistent.

I took some time to investigate if there could be any other fault on the motherboard that could be a potential reason for the issue but actually there seems to be none. Issue is definitely looking like a bios/firmware only one.

There is a second firmware chip, I believe for the PD Controller or EC (Not Sure).... it's the Winbond 25Q80DVNIG... I was wondering do we need to flash both chips to get the pc Posting/Booting up again?

The Main Bios Chip is the Winbond W25R256JVEQ

                    Reminder that PC is the:

                        Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

Samsung Series 9 - BIOS issue
                        by Kjell
After installing Linux, I can no longer enter the BIOS of my Samsung Series 9 (NP900X3C) laptop. When pressing [F2] during boot I simply get a black screen. Same thing when pressing [F10] and choosing "Setup" from the "App Menu" tab. Apparently this is a relatively common issue with Samsung laptops of that generation, but unfortunately i haven't been able to resolve the issue (yet).

Things i've tried so far; reinstalled Windows 10, checked for redundant boot entries, tried to factory reset using the emergency keyhole, attempted to clear the NVRAM by physically...
