Is my bios ok? HP Envy x360 won't boot past hp logo tried everything

    Hello guys, what do you think is the issue? Bad bios bin or chip? this is a new one ic.. when i verify it shows good, no errors like before
    Anyone>?? really need help asap..please guys thank s
    why isnt anyone helping me out? did i do anything wrong?

        Check all of the ram pins carefully for any loose ones and resolder if you find any. Check that you havn`t accidentally dislodged a resistor or cap around the bios chip.

        you dont think its the bios file or ic at all? thats a lot of work to go throught the ram pins thats like over 100 pins.. ill check under microscope to see if any damaged or missing components

            ok finally got the New compatible IC and flashed the bin you guys gave me.. Same exact issue as the old ic.. Will not boot from any usb..gets stuck on hp logo or reboots.. if it was bad ram itwont even go to bios right? Can it be bad bios bin I got ? or Another component on the board? Tried diff ram and ssd and disconnected everything and still same issue ?

                ANYONE??? ive flashed the bios bin you guys gave me and verified ic and it was good... but still same issue guys...

                    It isn`t a bios problem.Start a new thread in laptop troubleshooting and ask for help.

                        Hello everyone, I have a problem with this laptop, it shows in the caps lock 5 long 3 short, I have discarded the ram memories and the necessary voltage reaches the socket, I have to discard the bin file, I leave a copy
