Is my bios ok? HP Envy x360 won't boot past hp logo tried everything

its actually 1mb but coompressed to 300kb.. when i choose 16mbyte option it saved it as 16mb, What option should i have it on in ch341? Its a winbond 25R128JWSQ 2153 .. HP ENVY X360 15-EY0013DX Thanks

well i did it 3rd time and after verify no errors great... BUT installed the chip and i get no power , just a red blinking light (3 blinks) when i press power button near the charger port?

I USED ch341a software this time and gives an error when verifying ic i think same area " 00F69700" so both softwares give errors when verifying ic

now when i verify it just says this right away when i press verify

ok Wrote that Bios you gave me and verified it and no errors now.. Installed it and laptop doesn't turn on at all.. ?? When I press the Power button I only get 3 little red blinks near the charger port and that's it..
