With your BIOS, the laptop reboots three times, and then the fans run full blast again, and the screen is black. But I flashed the BIOS from a similar laptop, and the image appears. The laptop says it's restoring the BIOS, and then the screen goes black. Maybe you could download an EU BIOS and a BIOS with an image?

When I flash the BIOS from the same model, the laptop says "the bios has recovered its identity data from the embedded controller due to data mismatch" when I first turn it on. After that, it reboots, the screen goes black, and the fans start spinning at full speed. The reboot loop continues with the black screen.
