I loaded the data onto the chip, soldered the chip in, started the computer, the Windows symbol appears, and after about 15-20 seconds everything goes off. What could be the reason?

I did a clean ME to your bios dump because MeAnalyzer reported errors. Maybe also bios region is damaged, try this one.

no change unfortunately. everything remained the same as before. There is also no 'loading' symbol. Just the Windows logo.

I tried desoldering and re-soldering it a few more times, but nothing changed. Maybe I damaged something on the board when I first desoldered the chip. I don't know. I'll give up.
