Zbook 17 G4 BIOS,I am so confuse which is the right chip

I am supposed to program my Zbook 17 G4 BIOS, when I open the case I am so confuse which is the right chip, I suspect two, one has mention JBIOS1and the chip labeled as "winbond 25Q128JSVQ" Another one marked on the board UE3 and the chip labeled as "AH1806 25B64CSG". I heard some models have back up BIOS. Can you help me to find the right one and program? Do I need program both or only one? Attaching both pic here.

25Q128 is main bios, 25B64 is EC bios. probably you have to program both.

I am trying to overwrite the password lock, do I need to program both?

Can you tell me what is RC unblocker is about?
I tried programming BIOS already but it was not a success. after many attempt finally I put the original BIOS back into the chip, but still system not booting. Lights flashing 7 times then everything turn off. Try re programming BIOS 2nd time with original bin file..Its says some verification error...Any idea?
