Dell Vostro 5501 bios

I have brought back Dell Vostro 5501 - P102F001 from death.
After it turns on, wont really want to save service TAG, any ideas?

Sure, please see attached: dellVOSTRO5501.zip the servicetag is: 7JCN463
Obviously with these files the laptop was not giving picture.

With these 2 files, the computer turns on, fan spins, keyboard backlit is present, but no image, as at the begining.

All working fine except I can not save service tag.
in bıos I enter service tag and save but it disappears as I click "Apply changes"

and also need guidance about exiting "Manufacturing mode" please

Go to dell support,download and extract the bios update with PFS extract -> https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...95&postcount=6

Flash the 16MB file to the 16MB bios chip

Put PFS extract and the update in the same folder,drag the update onto the PFS extract exe it will extract into a new folder in the same directory.

Its not a trojan,its a false positive, check the file at virustotal https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Done and extracted 16 mb file, flashed it, now laptop keeps restarting in 1 second periods.
btw this one has two components bios one is 16 and other 8 mb

Just tried original 8mb backup + official dell update 16mb bin combination, it didn't work either

So I used 16mb bin file from post above and kept my original 8mb bin file, now everything works.
Service tag remained original.
