Lenovo T14s Gen 3 Magnesium + CFRP CLear ME

I have Lenovo with one BIOS chip Winbod 512 Mbit IC (W25Q512JV 3.3V).

When you switch it ON it delays power_ON and when it is ON it shows Reading ME Firmware. After that, it will say Failed to recover ME.

Attached is the BIOS BIN.

Board Number is JT4B1//JX3B0 NM-E091 Rev 1.0

Please HELP to Clear ME Region Firmware. I tried through software, and when the laptop is ON, it updates nothing. I tried updating BIOS still no LUCK.

Here are the results,

I've reprogrammed the new BIN, and the laptop is just quiet.

When I reprogram the old BIN it switches ON.

What could be the problem? I've cleared CMOS still it doesn't switch ON.
