Common problem is loose ram slot pins or cracked solder balls under the CPU.

tried programming still same i think hardware issue caps lock blinks 5 long and 3 short

remove main battery, CMOS battery and hold power button 30s. then plug ac adapter only, see what happens. And also check soldering.

Read the guide at post 10 [Guide] How to find the right HP bios version to flash ,that will help you find the BID .When you find your BID you can use the virgin bios at post 2 . The DMI in your bios is at the same offsets given at post 2 . Copy it from your backup using a hex editor and paste it into the new bios, and your bios is ready to program.

Check every single ram pin and resolder if neccessary.

the problem was this. black screen,keyboard blinking caps 5 long 3 short. but after flashing, when i switch no signal and shuts down within 10 seconds.

Check every single ram pin and resolder if neccessary.

If it's no go, then for sure your problem is not bios related but some hardware fault, it's a virgin bios and I even especially choose the same F.11 version as in your backup in order to exclude possible incompatibility between the bios versions, so grab a multimeter and start troubleshooting the motherboard.

Thank You Vesko356. it did not work for me . when i switch no signal and shuts down within 10 seconds. i have tried both files. am gonna edit the dump. the label is incorrect.
