Mlk kbl-r 17841-1 wx2rr mec1416 dump needed

I have a problem with this board, it doesn't power's on at all , i have all the right voltages, the power button sends a signal to the MEC CHIP but nothing happends, i have flashed bios chip 3 times with 3 different versions but nothing, has anyone got a dump of the MEC1416 CHIP?
