    Hi master, can anyone help me to restore bios files for
    ThinkBook 14s Yoga ITL - Type 20WE
    FLV34, LA-K051P
    S/N: MP1X8VZ4

      Thanks mate, I found System +1.8V power rail shorted, applied 1,8V from DC bench and CPU (PCH part) start heating, mean dead CPU, right?

        If you have tried the file which I attached and the symptoms are the same, go to the Hardware Section and Post your Problem there.
