TRy again carefuly , it must work
Use external querty keyboard , taake care about lowercase and UPPERCASE
After entering your password DO NOT press ENTER, hold down the left CTRL key and press ENTER twice.

This E7A8 algorithm have 2 master Password.If not work 2nd will work
