Dell Inspiron 15 3511 Bios Needed

Hi all,
I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3511 (Service tag: FY3C9T3) which is not booting past the Dell logo and I cannot enter the BIOS by pressing F2.
I therefore believe that the BIOS is corrupted.
I have spent some time trying to figure it all out as I have managed to reprogram BIOS's in the past.
The motherboard has two chips, one is a 25Q64JVSIQ and the other is a 25Q128JVSQ.
Firstly, how do I know which one is the BIOS, or are they both BIOS (have only worked on single BIOS boards).
Secondly, I cannot seem to get a bin file or the like from the BIOS exe file.

I would be extremely grateful if someone could shed some light on this.

The bios is split accross both those chips, post them both .There are different methods to unpack dell bios updates.Most of the time you won`t get a full image only an update.If it is a corrupt bios and not some other hardware issue,then the corruption could be in either of the bios chips, the 1st with the flash descriptor,Gbe region and ME firmware,or the bios region in the 2nd chip.

I have tried using numerous methods to get a bin file which makes sense size wise, out of the exe but with no luck, probably because, as you say, this is an update and not a clean install.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
As I said above, there is an 8MB chip and a 16MB chip. I have attached what I extracted off the 8MB chip and all seems to be fine. However, the 16MB chip is not detedcted with my reader and when I manually select it and read the contents, all I get are FFFFFFFFF's as if the chip is empty.
Please advise on how you would proceed.

What model is your programmer and software version.Are you using a sop8 clip or a WSON8 pogo adapter. Have you desoldered the chips ? ,what type of adapter are you using.Are both chips SOP8 or only one,the other WSON8 ,or both WSON8

I am using the CH341A programmer and using Asprogrammer 2.1.0.13.
I tried again to plug in the chip and this time the program was able to identify the chip and read from it. I have attached it below.

thank you but it still doesnt work, i checked the isl95522 pmic it only gives 9v i would try replacing it.
