Hi ,

i need working bios for HP Folio 1020

6050A2736001 mb ax4 motherboard code

6050A2736001 mb a01 is for 1030 g1 this is not working.

original bios is corrupt. 2 long 2 short beeps

i have cleared the me region but its also beeping

So your device is HP Folio 1020 or 1030! The attached file is your Original Backup? Also write your device Serial Number.

attached bios and ec are original.
no sticker with serial.

i can only see folio 1020 on lcd

post the original bios and EC bios, even if they are corrupted....

The bios was updated with a wrong update N86 instead of P90 which is the right update .
i cleaned the me region and i even extracted the ec file from the hp update file but the laptop still start with a black screen and 2 long beeps and 2 short.

ok Peste i just changed the 16mb but the laptop is not powering on, nothing happen when you press the power button only home key led is on.
bu the way the board is 6050A2736001 mb ax4

maybe you didn't glue the bios chip well.. maybe you wrote it with errors.. check again... see voltages..

the bios and ec chip are not soldered ... when i put back the origine bios and ec the laptop power on with the beeps as i told before.
the bios chip was programmed successfully without errors

change both bios..

hi peste , i just changed the both bios , the laptop power on but as before no display and caps lock blinking 5 times with 2 long and 2 short beeps. Thanks for your helps i appreciate it.
