Lenovo IdeaPad 530S-14IKB blown MOSFET

The second mosfet is blown (see image) and I want to replace it with a mosfet from a spare random motherboard (different make and model).
Can I just pick a scond mosfet from another board that has the same size or are there things i need to consider before soldering on another?

must be same channel and same or more current

as a test u can try, but first check if u dont have short on hiz side that burn him

AO7408 can be used

its a common used mosfet on most lenovo motherboards
