HP spectre x2 Blown IC identification

Hello there i am beginner in repairing motherboards, i have a HP spectre x2 which had short circuit from bad USB port

I noticed there is a blown up component with the motherboard marking t301:

The image u see here(if it's visible) is from the same component from the other side of logic board (which is good)

I do not have schematics nor are they available from internet after searching
The resistance from pins on opposite sides are around 2 ohms

I would like to know replacement for this part or if it's possible to use something else instead
    Thank u in advance

Something else asides this issiue. This issiue i am solving now is from the docking station, the usb short seem to have blown up a capacitor on the main board as wel, which i have replaced. Right now when plugging the power adapter white amber light turns on and off, but i can see on thermal camera the cpu is getting really hot and goes off. Could this actually destroyed the cpu ?

    Usually you´ll find a choke (CMM21T-900M-N for example) or a 0-Ohms resistor network on the data-lines of a USB-Ports.

However, to troubleshoot the whole motherboard issue we need way more informations, voltages, resistances, and so on.

That part number doesn't look anything like the one on picture tho. I am trying to figure out what part this is?

It is as already suggested, an usb 2.0 emi choke.

Can you carefully remove this part and share a pic of the pcb without the smd part? The part filters noise on the impedance controlled usb d+ and D- lines. Many parts can replace this one and is not technically required but cleans up the noise during transmission.
