    HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 - bios update loop

    Greetings,
I`ve HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 with BIOS update problem. Update downloaded and initiated by Windows 11, but after reboot it stuck on white screen"System BIOS update. Final step of BIOS update is in progress" etc
Fans speed goes up, and after few second notebook reboots and everything starts again.
I`ve tried with USB rescue disk, Win+B, Win+V etc - nothing helped.
Is there any other bios crisis/rescue procedure that can revive my notebook?

try to reset cmos and embedded controller. to reset ec, power down device, disconnect power cord and hold on off button for 11 sec.

In some cases, the automatic BIOS recovery fails because the Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) data is corrupted. The CMOS stores BIOS settings. Use this procedure to reset the CMOS and recover the BIOS.

    Turn off the computer.
Press and hold the Windows + V keys, and then simultaneously press and hold the power button. After 2 to 3 seconds, continue to press and hold the Windows + V keys, but release the power button.
When the CMOS Reset screen displays or you hear beeping sounds, release the Windows + V keys.

try to reset cmos via disconnecting every power source including the cmos battery

if this really doesn't help, you may have to flash the bios externally...
