dell latitude e5510 is very slowly

    I have dell latitude e5510
The problem of the laptop is very slowly, even when entering the BIOS settings, it is slow to deal with, and in the picture I removed the hard disk, changed the RAM, changed the processor, the BIOS flashed, I tried it with another charger, the same problem remained

Check whether the charger is recognized in BIOS. Do you get any error message displayed which you don't have mentioned so far?

You can try Throttlestop to disable PROCHOT to see if speed returns to normal. If that is the case, you need to ascertain what is asserting it. This can be the system BIOS (e.g. when adaptor is not recognized), the CPU itself (to prevent thermal overload), the charging IC or other thermal sensors missing data. I used to use the Intel Xtreme Tuning utlity to establish whether it was thermal or something else, but it's no longer supported on older CPU's.

I recall on one Dell model, there was a screw in the middle of the keyboard that when fitted, shorted out a section of the motherboard and caused throttling. Was the 7440 though I think.
