Good time everyone. Please let me know if anyone has come across. There is a Lenovo TP L560 LA-C422P rev 1.0 The problem is that the laptop does not turn off when shutting down in Win 10, but reboots. The laptop can only be turned off by long pressing the power button. I tried all the settings in the BIOS, put different SSD drives with different systems. Changed BIOS chip. Nothing helped. Autostart after completion of work.

Review the PCIE_WAKE# line. This line is active LOW so if LOW, the logic board is being requested to wake UP.
Respectively, there should be a pull-up resistor on this line to park as logic HIGH (3v3) in idle state.
Consider to remove any removable boards that may have a similar WAKE# signal.
